My magazine cover was derived from original photos to create a humorous cover that is relate able to all ages.

The colors used here were inspired by Tampa's very own Gasperilla. I wanted the logo to look like a bar that would be successful and eye catching in Tampa. The texture used in the logo represents roughage and waterlogged wood, while the colors are eye catching and pirate-like. The name LACKS came about from the idea of a pirate ships ropes becoming lacks and letting loose while the pirates sleep. Lacks being key word for the public being able to relax and enjoy a drink.
